With thanks

Credits & Acknowledgments

Freely received, freely given.

Everything here is offered free of charge, and almost nothing here was made alone. This work stands on the labor and the gifts of many — the writers of Scripture and the keepers of its ancient texts, the photographers whose images set the tone, the musicians and tools that give the songs their shape, and the teachers who lend their voices week by week. We name them below with gratitude. Where a contributor or source asks to be credited, we credit them; where none is required, we say thank you anyway.

Scripture and the ancient sources

The Hebrew Scriptures, the Greek translations, and the wider literature of the Second Temple world are the shared inheritance of the people of God and rest in the public domain. Translations and renderings on this site are the project's own unless a passage is otherwise marked.

Photography and images

The background photographs are drawn from Unsplash and used under the Unsplash License, which permits free use — commercial and otherwise — with no attribution required. We name the source here with thanks all the same.

Music and song

The songs are composed with the help of AI (Suno) and performed by members of the assembly. Every setting is released under a Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) — free for any gathering to sing, copy, record, and adapt, so long as it is credited, shared on under the same terms, and never turned to anyone's profit.

Teaching and contributors

Those who teach and contribute do so anonymously, by design. No names, no platforms — the work points to the One it is about, not to the one who delivers it. We are deeply grateful to everyone who lends their voice and study to this common table, and we trust the Lord to know each of them by name.

Production tools

Narration is generated with AI text-to-speech (Google). The writing, editing, and engineering of this project were carried out with the help of Claude (Anthropic). The site itself is built with open-source tools and given away in the same spirit it was made.

License

Everything on this site — the teaching, writing, study materials, and songs alike — is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). You are free to use, share, sing, record, translate, and build on this work for any non-commercial purpose, so long as you credit the source and share whatever you make under the same terms.

What you may never do is turn it to gain. It may not be sold, placed behind a paywall, or used to earn money through advertising, sponsorship, paid access, or any other form of income or compensation — whether the material itself is charged for or simply used to draw a paying audience. This faith was not handed to us for profit, and it is not handed on for profit.

That is the covenant in legal form: what was freely received is freely given, and stays free.
